Magnify the Lord
As you navigate through these turbulent days, you may be tempted to wonder sometimes what is going on and why so much evil seems to prevail in America. Perhaps you wonder why God doesn’t do something “big,” something that will remind people Who He is, and what He expects of them. Certainly, the “mystery of lawlessness“ spoken of in 2 Thessalonians 2:7 is at work in America, yet God restrains Himself for now. That verse suggests that He will hold Himself back until the Rapture. In the meantime, Jesus wants you to keep Him at the forefront of your life. As you keep your focus on Christ, magnifying Him with thanksgiving, “the things of Earth will grow strangely dim.” Meanwhile, know that God is at work. His Master Plan is for the redemption of humankind, and there is global evidence that this is happening. Praise His glorious name!
